Pavilion/Tent
With 4000 sf. of tented (heatable and enclosed as needed) space, clients can host their events, rain or shine. Couples arrive to a fully set up space, with all the infrastructure needed included (i.e. tables, chairs, full-length linens, sound system/DJ, etc.) Located atop a permanent concrete pad, with hi-tech lighting, bar, catering tents, and buffet/cocktail areas, everything you need for the event is included in our base site rental fee. Vendors (food, flowers, photography, etc.) and anything else that personalizes your event are an additional charge.

Off-Site Indoor Facilities
If your preferred date is already booked with us, we have access to other venues, both indoor and outdoor, wherein we can supply all of the event planning and infrastructure needed for your event, at a reasonable rate. Please ask for pricing for such off-site venues if you seek a Winter event (December-March) or if you discover that your preferred date at Hidden River is not available. We guarantee that we can offer you a competitive price for your event at a lovely location.
